Payments

All orders are required to be paid in full within 24 hours of your order placement unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.

Allergies

Please let us know of any allergies you may have- even the ones that you think may not be relevant as we use unconventional ingredients at times.

Transport & Care

If you are picking up a refrigerated order, please note that we are not responsible for any damages incurred once the order has been picked up- unless there is a bakers error. It is highly recommended to keep the AC on in your vehicle as you transport your item(s) home. At this time we cannot deliver refrigerated items so you must be able to keep your order cold once picked up. We are able to transport non-refrigerated items if the order is small enough for us to transport. Please refrain from heavy braking when driving.

Cancellations | Modifications

We allow for cancelations within 24 hours of placing your order. Anything after that, please contact us. If we have not began your order yet or purchased supplies to make the order we are able to provide a full refund. If the supplies have been purchased but the order has not been started yet, we will charge you for the cost of supplies and are able to refund the rest. If the order has been started, we are unable to provide a refund at that time.

If any modifications are needed, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your requests can be fulfilled. If the requests come too late, we may not be able to accommodate your requests. We are unable to accommodate all requests.
