Payments

All orders are required to be paid in full within 24 hours of your order placement unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.

Allergies

Please let us know of any allergies you may have- even the ones that you think may not be relevant as we use unconventional ingredients at times.

Transport & Care

If you are picking up a refrigerated order, please note that we are not responsible for any damages incurred once the order has been picked up- unless there is a bakers error. It is highly recommended to keep the AC on in your vehicle as you transport your item(s) home. At this time we cannot deliver refrigerated items so you must be able to keep your order cold once picked up. We are able to transport non-refrigerated items if the order is small enough for us to transport. Please refrain from heavy braking when driving.

Cancellations | Modifications

We allow for cancelations within 24 hours of placing your order. Anything after that, cannot be guaranteed. If we have not began your order yet or purchased supplies to make the order we are able to provide a full refund. If the supplies have been purchased but the order has not been started yet, we will charge you for the cost of supplies and are able to refund the rest. If the order has been started, we are unable to provide a refund at that time.

If any modifications are needed, please contact us as soon as possible. If the requests come too late, we may not be able to accommodate. We are unable to accommodate all modifications/requests.

Ingredients

At FCBC we pride ourselves in using the highest quality ingredients. Anything from organic king Arthur flour, to organic extracts, cocoa powders, and fruits, only the best for our clients! We sources as many local items as possible, including but not limited to, fruits, nuts, and syrups.

We are known to use unconventional ingredients from time to time, so if you have any questions about anything, please email us directly.

Storage | refrigeration

We recommend freezing anything you want to keep long term. Refrigeration for brownies will dry them out over time, so we recommend you consuming your brownie order within 5 days. Please wrap your brownies in plastic wrap individually for the best freshness.

Cheesecakes will store in the refrigerator for at least 7 days, please freeze them for long term storage.

Please make sure anything you are freezing has been properly wrapped and stored.

Special Requests

At this time, we are unable to accommodate all special requests. We may be able to make exceptions at a case by case scenario. Please contact us directly, lets see if we can make it happen for you! Thank you!

Do we offer slices?!

Such a great question! We do, but we don’t. We are able to accommodate slices for orders, or for partnerships. We unfortunately just are not set up at this time to offer slices regularly… but this is where you can help! The more people who order with FCBC the more we can grow! And that would mean…. slices my friend, slices. Imagine how great that’s going to be.
